It will take place from November 19–22, 2026, at the Regnum Carya Hotel in Belek, Antalya.
CONFERENCE LANGUAGE
The official language of the conference is Turkish.
SECRETARIAL SERVICES
Conference secretariat services are provided by Unicon Mice Conference Tourism Organization.
PARTICIPATION DOCUMENTS
After the conference, participation certificates will be sent digitally to the registered email addresses.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
• All reservation cancellations must be notified to Unicon Mice in writing.
• All sponsorship cancellations reported by July 3, 2026, will be fully refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 3, 2026.
• If payments for the conference are made within the specified periods, the rates applicable to that period will apply. If payment is not made by the specified dates, the rates for the next period will be applied to your invoice. To participate in the conference, registration and accommodation fees for all three periods must be paid in full prior to the conference’s start date.
