Abstract submission deadline
The deadline for abstract submission is August 2, 2026. The submission deadline will not be extended.
Only a limited number of abstracts will be accepted.
Abstracts and their upload to the system
Abstracts will be submitted online via the conference website under the categories of oral presentations, poster presentations, and video presentations. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide whether to change the format of a presentation to an oral or poster presentation.
Abstracts of oral presentations must be original research studies structured as follows: “purpose, materials and methods, results, discussion, and conclusions.”
(Abstracts for case presentations should not be submitted in the oral presentation category.)
Poster abstracts; will be accepted in the research and case report categories.
Accepted posters must be uploaded to the system via the “e-poster” section.
The authors’ titles and the institutions where they work must be listed.
Upon request, certificates confirming the presentation of papers and posters will be provided to the authors.
Research poster abstracts should be structured as follows: “Objective, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion”; case report abstracts should consist of the following sections: “Introduction, Case Presentation, Discussion, and Conclusion.”
Review of abstracts and notification of results
Once the peer review of the abstracts has been completed, the results will be announced via email on September 18, 2026.
