Registration & Accommodation

• VAT is not included in the registration fees. The VAT rate is 20%.

• Registration procedures: After submitting your request to tsrm@uniconmice.com, your registration will be finalized once you have approved the quote sent to you and emailed a bank statement confirming that the required payments have been made to the account numbers listed below.

• Registration fees include participation in scientific sessions, a conference bag, free access to exhibition areas, coffee breaks during the conference, lunch during full-day sessions, and any additional activities that may be scheduled.

• Unicon Mice reserves the right to adjust prices to reflect any changes in applicable taxes, fees, and duties, as well as to update prices in response to significant changes in the country’s economic conditions.

• VAT is not included in accommodation rates. The VAT rate is 10%.

• Accommodation rates are based on a 3-night stay and cover the period from November 19, 2026, to November 22, 2026.

• Accommodation arrangements: After submitting your request to tsrm@uniconmice.com, your reservation will be confirmed once you have approved the quote sent to you and emailed a bank statement showing that the required payments have been made to the account numbers listed below.

• Unicon Mice reserves the right to adjust prices to reflect any changes in applicable taxes, fees, and duties, as well as to update prices in response to significant changes in the country’s economic conditions.

• External Participant Fee: Participants who do not book accommodation through the conference secretariat and who do not stay at the conference hotels provided by the secretariat must pay an additional daily fee of 200 € + VAT on top of the conference registration fee in order to gain access to the conference center from November 19–22 and to use the services offered by the hotel concept between 09:00 to 6:00 PM on the specified days, participants who do not book accommodation through the conference secretariat and do not stay at the conference hotels provided by the secretariat must pay an additional daily fee of 200 € + VAT on top of the conference registration fee. Participants who do not pay this amount will not be granted access to the conference center.
